----VODKA JELLY------------------ with acknowledgement to Val who kindly passed this recipe to us. Break up Lime or Lemon packet Jelly cubes and pour on 140 ml of boiling water and dissolve the jelly (30 seconds in the microwave will speed the process) Allow to cool (very important) and then add 400 ml of Vodka. Half fill each shot glass and put in fridge to set - speed up by putting in the freezer for 1- 2 hours, but transfer to the fridge for 2 hours to bring to the right temperature for use. You can use other flavours of jelly like Raspberry, Orange, Blackcurrant. We suggest that this is the strongest you should make but to make less strong just increase the water content. Also try using flavoured or still mineral water instead of from the tap.
