PRICES
Prices shown in the Catalogue include Value Added Tax. In the event that an error has occurred that shows incorrect information in the Online Catalogue (eg, the price or description etc) we will contact you and advise of the changes, at which point you have the right to cancel all or part of your order.
ORDERS
Orders are accepted by completion of the Online Secure ordering system, by mail, phone, e-mail, Fax or Corporate Purchase Orders. Acknowledgement will be given for mail, phone and Fax orders.
DELIVERY
Orders will normally be dispatched within two working days, subject to stock being available. We will contact you to advise any delay in delivery and agree with you a revised date; you will not have to wait more than 25 days for your goods (subject to availability ? we will keep you informed)
You have the right to cancel or change your order. We will e mail to advise when and how goods have been dispatched. We will agree with you any additional freight charge required if goods are needed urgently or are to be shipped outside mainland United Kingdom.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro or Solo on the SSL shopping system,by mail or by phone. We advise against giving Credit/Debit Card details by e-mail or Fax (we will contact you for these details) Payment can also be made by Cheque (clearance takes 7 days from receipt) or by Postal Order (keep a note of the numbers). Please do not send cash. We do not keep card details on our computers and only the last four digits are shown on the payment slip sent with your invoice.
For MAESTRO payments please ensure that you give the start date and issue number. For Scottish bank MAESTRO cards please give the 'valid from' date. The entry on your card issuer's statement will show Culliners-Bargizmos as the supplier or just Culliners (our sister business) Goods will not be dispatched unless full payment has been received. We debit your card on the day that goods are dispatched. If part orders are sent we debit the card for the total amount when sending the first consignment. We will advise you if payment is required before dispatch of the goods; this would normally be if a large quantity of one or more items is required causing us to purchase more than our normal stock holding.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases so GOODS may be RETURNED within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the monies paid for the goods. You are responsible for the return carriage cost. We reserve the right to deduct any additional cost of carriage over and above the standard charge of £3.95. You are advised to send returned goods using a system that gives you proof of dispatch so that you can claim if we do not receive the goods which must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact Customer Services before returning goods and you will be given a RETURNS REFERENCE which must be shown on the returned package.
DAMAGED or INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS will be replaced/accepted back at our cost, but we may require the return of the goods before sending a replacement or refund.
When payment was made by charge card the refund can only be back to the payment card. Original payment by other methods will be by cheque. All refunds will be made within 7 days.
COMPLAINTS
We try very hard to provide you with an efficient and reliable service, but if a situation arises with which you are unhappy, we want you to contact us to put matters right. Either e mail sales@bargizmos.co.uk or phone 01952 618877 as soon as possible. Give us the details whether it be about the delivery, damage, description, quality etc and we will agree with you how your complaint is to be resolved. Your communication will be acknowledged within 2 working days from receipt and we will agree a time scale for resolving the difficulty.

Depending on the expected level of annual turnover we may be able to agree credit arrangements. Additional Trading conditions apply in this instance and full details will be given.
JURISDICTION & WAIVER
Any Contract between BARGIZMOS and a CUSTOMER will be governed by the Laws of England. No indulgence, waiver or forbearance by Bargizmos whether express or implied in applying these conditions shall prejudice Bargizmos' right to enforce the conditions in the future<

We keep a copy of sales invoices on our computer and as hard copy. These are only used for accounts purposes.
From time to time we would like to send you information which we think is of interest to you. If you do not want us to do this please e mail to sales@bargizmos.co.uk expressing your wishes.
We do not store charge card details on the computers. Numbers are blacked out on order records and the slip sent with your invoice has only the last 4 digits.
