Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday. (excl public holidays) Delivery is free for orders over £95 - below this amount there is a small charge of £3.95
We send by Royal Mail or Carrier. Goods are usually sent out within 4 working days of receiving your order subject to stock being available. If there will be a delay we will advise you. Deliveries are generally made on the day following dispatch. We can arrange for morning deliveries to be made - this generally incurs an extra cost which will be agreed with you. There must be someone available to sign for deliveries.

We pack your goods very carefully to prevent damage.
On receipt please look for any damage to the parcel and always sign the
Carrier?s note ?UNEXAMINED? ( If you suspect damage you may unpack the
parcel in the driver?s presence and check for breakage etc.)
Unpack the parcel carefully and check items received against the Delivery
Note. If you have ordered a refrigerator or other large item we will tell you the day that the delivery will be made and we will give the courier your telephone number and ask that he rings and gives you an indication of the delivery time. With your invoice we will send notes on checking the fridge, initial cleaning and useAdvise us by e-mail, phone or Fax within 10 days if there are shortages or
breakages. We will then take the appropriate action to make good the loss.
The VAT invoice and Credit Card Slip will be sent to the person placing the order.
